Caregivers and family members are encouraged to join "journeys 2 share" - offering support to other care givers on the journey with their loved one.

The SEGO - We Care Foundation established "journeys 2 share" to create support consisting of other caregivers matched with each other based on information each supplied to us; including age, area of town, interests, concerns, their loved ones' diagnosis, etc...

"journeys 2 share" participants provide support to each other through phone calls, email, or personal visits. The relationship can be whatever the caregivers need it to be. We encourage participants to find creative ways to be mutually supportive.

Our SEGO Buddies Program Coordinator and our Oncology Social Work Coordinator are available to provide guidance and assistance.

Use the Caregiver Application to join "journeys 2 share". The information you provide will be used to match you with someone with similar interests and needs.

SEGO We Care Foundation is a not-for-profit organization providing support and educational programs infusing empowerment and encouragement to the gynecologic cancer patient and their caregivers.

The mission of the SEGO - We Care Foundation is to provide support programs addressing all aspects of the gynecologic cancer patient including empowering women and their caregivers with knowledge and support on the journey through and beyond treatment for gynecologic cancer as well as educate the medical community of comprehensive and leading-state-of-the-art information regarding screening, surgical procedures and treatment of gynecologic cancers.

The SEGO - We Care Foundation serves the patient population of Southeastern Gynecologic Oncology. SEGO is one of the largest and most complete treatment facilities for gynecologic cancers in the country.
